Stand Up For Haiti


Stand Up For Haiti is a global network committed to empowering Haitian communities through education, youth leadership, health initiatives, economic development, and social justice. Our mission is rooted in the belief that every Haitian—especially children—deserves access to safe learning spaces, quality healthcare, and opportunities to thrive.

We operate as a hybrid organization, combining the strength of a nonprofit mission with the innovation and sustainability of a for-profit model. Our nonprofit programs focus on direct community impact—providing scholarships, health education, school support, and social services to vulnerable populations.

In parallel, our for-profit division is designed to drive long-term economic empowerment. Through social enterprises, job creation initiatives, and strategic partnerships, we will invest in projects that stimulate local business growth and generate revenue to support our broader mission. By reinvesting a portion of the profits back into community programs, we create a self-sustaining model that bridges charitable purpose with economic opportunity.

Together, we believe in rebuilding Haiti from within—mobilizing the Haitian diaspora, local leaders, and global allies to stand up, take action, and create lasting change.

Hope in the Midst of Grief: A Story from Les Anglais, Haiti

In the quiet coastal town of Les Anglais, Cayes, heartbreak struck a Haitian family when they suffered the tragic and unexpected loss of two beloved family members in a single week. The pain was unimaginable. With little access to resources and no safety net to lean on, the grieving family faced not only emotional devastation—but also the heavy burden of funeral expenses and survival.
That’s when Stand Up For Haiti Global Network stepped in.
Mobilizing support from both local leaders and the Haitian diaspora, the organization provided emergency financial assistance, coordinated community grief support, and helped arrange respectful memorial services for the lost loved ones. More than just financial aid, the family received something deeper—solidarity, compassion, and the reminder that they were not alone.
This act of unity reminded the community that even in the darkest times, Haitians can lift each other up. Through small donations, shared prayers, and collective action, Stand Up For Haiti is helping families across the country find hope, healing, and the strength to rise again.
Because when we stand up together, Haiti stands strong.

Honoring Haitian Mothers with Love and Action

This Haitian Mother’s Day, Stand Up For Haiti Global Network did more than celebrate—we took action.
Through a special campaign launched on Clapper, we united our digital community to recognize the strength, resilience, and sacrifices of Haitian mothers. With the help of supporters near and far, we raised funds and sent direct financial gifts via MonCash to selected mothers in Haiti—right to their cellphones.
These were not just donations. They were tokens of appreciation—to help cover food, medicine, school fees, and simple joys often delayed by hardship. The mothers, many of whom are pillars in their families and communities, received the surprise with tears, gratitude, and renewed hope.
In a world where many feel forgotten, this gesture reminded them that they are seen, they are valued, and they are loved.

Thanks to the power of community, technology, and compassion, Mother’s Day in Haiti felt a little brighter this year.
Because when we stand up for mothers, we stand up for the future of Haiti.
